Cancelling in your account

Sign in to your account
Sign in with the New York Times account that holds the subscription.

Select Subscription Overview
In your account, select Subscription Overview.
Cancel from the Manage Subscription section
Select Cancel your Subscription in the Manage Subscription section and follow the instructions.
When the account route is not available
- In the US you can call 866-273-3612. The Times lists hours as 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET Monday to Friday, and 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. ET on weekends and holidays.
