Go to gemini.google.com
Open Gemini while signed in with the Google Account that holds the subscription.
Open Settings and choose Manage subscription
From Settings and help at the bottom, choose Manage subscription. This opens Google One settings.

Confirm
Confirm once more to finish; you should then get confirmation that the subscription is cancelled.
What ends along with the plan
- Pro access in the Gemini app ends: you cannot start new Pro chats or continue chats created with Pro.
- Google One benefits end too, including expanded storage across Drive, Gmail, and Photos, and direct support from Google experts.
