- Log in at canva.com and click your profile icon
- Go to Account settings
- Under Billing & Teams, click the three-dot menu next to your plan
- Select Cancel subscription and confirm
Refund policy
Annual plans can be fully refunded if you cancel within about 30 days of the charge. Monthly plans are generally non-refundable — you keep access until the billing period ends.

Before you cancel
You're switched to the free plan afterward — your saved designs stay, but premium templates, elements, and brand kit features become unavailable.
The cancel option's menu location reportedly changes fairly often — if you can't find it, try searching the help center directly. A pause of up to 3 months is also available instead of cancelling entirely.
