- Log in at account.adobe.com
- Go to Plans and select Manage plan
- Select Cancel your plan
- Choose a cancellation reason and review the early termination fee if shown
- Confirm the cancellation

Full refund if you cancel within 14 days of signing up or renewing. After 14 days, cancelling an annual plan early triggers a fee instead of a refund.

On an annual plan billed monthly, cancelling after the 14-day window costs 50% of your remaining months as an early termination fee. Monthly plans have no fee.

Cloud storage, font library access, and editing features in installed apps stop working. Your files are kept for a period, but you can no longer edit them.
You may be offered a discount or plan change during cancellation. Switching an annual plan to monthly first, then cancelling, is sometimes cheaper than paying the 50% early termination fee if several months remain — compare the numbers. Adobe support may waive the fee for reasons like financial hardship, though approval is at the agent's discretion.
